and division heads, participated in
the first workshop on
"In-Depth Study of Category
6 –
Operations".
The
training focused on system
development and process
improvement
in
service design and workflow
management and establishing
systematic process
review
and
improvement mechanisms using
the SIPOC and COPIS
models.
The
workshop was honored by the presence of
Ajarn Saipirun
Permpoon,
an independent
scholar and a member of the Thai
Consultant Database Center, Ministry of
Finance.
