Weerawan Chanpla, Director of the
Division of Educational
Services,
together with the
division’s staff, attended a
university personnel meeting
to
receive administrative policy directions
for Fiscal Year 2026
at the 4th floor
of the Health and Sports Center
Building, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University.
The meeting was
honored by the presence of Associate
Professor Dr. Rueadech Kerdwichai,
Chairman of the University
Council,
who delivered policy
directions under the
concept
“Suan Sunandha’s
New Paradigm: From KPI to
OKR”
to build shared
understanding in driving the
organization toward its goals in a
systematic and sustainable
manner.
Associate Professor Dr.
Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of the
University,
also presented the
university’s operational direction
and strategic adjustments to align with
future changes.
In addition, a
special lecture was delivered by
Assistant Professor Dr. Nattapat
Kaewrattanaphat,
Vice President for
Academic Affairs, on
“Enhancing
Learning Experiences to Professional
Standards to Develop a Quality
Workforce,”
and by
Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkam,
Vice President for Planning and Quality
Assurance,
on “Transforming
Performance Indicators toward OKR to
Drive University
Ranking.”
