for the 3rd semester of the academic year 2025 (3/2025).

Students expected to graduate in the 3rd semester of 2025:

Regular Submission: Graduation requests can be submitted from April 20 - May 20, 2026.

The list of graduates (only for those who submitted requests during the above-mentioned period) 
will be announced on July 24, 2026.

Students expected to graduate in the 3rd semester of 2025 (submitting requests late after May 20, 2026):

Late Submission: Graduation requests can be submitted from May 21 - July 9, 2026.

The list of graduates (only for those who submitted requests during the above-mentioned period)
will be announced on August 26, 2026.

Note: Students can submit graduation requests immediately and do not need to wait for their grades.
Requests can be submitted in the system as soon as they have completed the required courses.
