History of the Organization In
the year 2006, there was a
transformation into Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University from the Office of
Academic Affairs. Consequently, it
became the Division of Educational
Services under the Office of the
President. The organization underwent
systematic restructuring with clearly
defined roles and responsibilities both
internally and externally. The Division
of Educational Services had a primary
mission of providing academic services
to support and promote educational
preparedness activities within the
institution. In 2009, the
university implemented the One Stop
Service system to streamline and enhance
student and external contact services
with the Registration Office, Financial
Office, Procurement Office, Personnel
Office, and Public Relations Office
located in the lower level of the
President's Office for
convenience. In 2014, the
university introduced the policy of the
One Stop Service counter for student
services and external contacts related
to the Registration Office, Financial
Office, Procurement Office, Personnel
Office, and Public Relations Office
nationwide. In 2015, the
university adopted the policy of the One
Stop Service counter for student
services and external contacts related
to the Registration Office, Financial
Office, Procurement Office, Personnel
Office, and Public Relations Office

online payment for tuition fees and
examination fees for undergraduate

starting from the second semester of the
academic year 2017. It also included
online registration for entrance
examinations for the academic year
2018. In 2019, the university
implemented the policy of online course
registration (Free enrollment) to
support teaching and learning
management. Students could register for
courses online according to the
university's
schedule. Currently, Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University is developing a
5-year strategic plan to adapt to
changing environments. The university
aims to reinvent itself as a Digital
University and has restructured the
management of the Division of
Educational Services into five
departments:
